If it was installed recently, remove with System Restore using a date about 3 or 4 days before install.

Umm It never actually installed on my computer.

I went to program files and deleted it from there (The rock star games folder)

It deleted it and gave me more space on my harddrive so is it good now?

I put the CD in it says play the game but will it be ok?

If you delete the folder, there may still be 'remains' of it in your computer. Like Registry, Document save folders, and others. You could have tried to install 'Revo Uninstaller PRO' (PRO not Free) and use 'Forced Uninstall' which finds all your files, then deletes it.

In addition to Revno or in lieu or (they do have different functions) try ccleaner.
