Counter-Strike 1.6 and Source Crashed :x

Hello guys. Yesterday i install the Win7. All ok, thats OS is EXTRA without one small problem. So, i run the CS 1.6 or CSSource and join to the server, CS will be "lag" or "crashed". I don't have idea have as call it. When that i must CTRL, ALT, DEL to end this. After 5-8 attemps i can join to server and play, only to the end a map. After change map the problem is again. I think, that it that write give apprehend. Sorry for my English. I from Poland...

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Graphic Card: NVIDIA Corporation GeForce 8600 GT/PCI/SSE2 @ 512
Ram: 2gb
Main Disc: Intel Asus P5KC

And drivers for my Graphic Card is from: NVIDIA DRIVERS 190.62 WHQL

when it crashes does it Blue screen or just hang up?

lets go into event viewer. go to start type eventvwr in search, goto the windows log>application tab. are there errors there (with red "x" in left column). if so please use the snipping tool built in win 7 to take a screenshot and upload it to us.

i have exactly the same problem that jablo559 has......i even reinstalled os ..i thought my system is infected with virus.....would be a great help if anyone would suggest some solution...cant live without playing counterstrike...
