I have done this and it works to 2 computers now so it should work. Try inputting the original code as ergc1 without the " - " within ergc with the " - " like the above picture thats the only difference but i did not think it would make difference as the system looks for no link. it was my back up copy incase.

I honestly do not know what you are not doing the same
