lol. Well if you get bored then you could try the lowest settings and if it doesnt freeze then you know that at least 1 setting at max is causing the problem.
Hope you get it sorted though, now if i could just figure out why windows 7 decides to load every map far slower than vista id be lessand a lot happier

I have recently bought COH +COH:OF by downloading the files off steam. The game loads fine to the main menu but about 15 secs on the main menu the games freezes. Well almost, I can still move the mouse and bring up task manager, but upon viewing the CPU Usage History, the game doesn't so much as freeze as the processor stop running. I am still able to click and minimize programs but after a long delay. The processor doesn't ever go above 1 or 2%. I have tried restarting and re booting several times with the same result. I have up to date video drivers and I'm not running any other programs at the same time. I have tried going off line but no luck. After the reboot the processor is back to normal. I have looked around other forums but no one else seems to have ever had this problem before. Any suggestions?
