    Tried the batch file?

There's a batch file "lockon.bat" in the program folder of LOMAC that registers a service...

    Code:
    rem regsvr32 /s msxml.dll
    regsvr32 /s MOM.dll
Running this allowed me to launch Lock On, subsequent launches only require runing the executable.

*Note that I had previously installed DX9 August 2008 updates

    il-2 1946, falcon 4.0 on win 7

falcon allied forces installed no problems on windows 7, amd tri-core with nvidia 260gtx, and my 1946 game had same lag problem until i ran the "secure-rom diag" program i found on line..it fixed my .exe and it runs great now....so if you have the retail dvd, this should fix that problem (do a manual search/browse to your il-2 1946 launch .exe) fyi
