    Metro 2033 DX11 Issue


    When i run Metro 2033 under Directx 11, all these lines come down and i can not get rid of it, under DX 9 and 10 the game runs great.

    Dunno know whats causing that.I have just installed the game and changed the settings to run in DX11...no problems...however I'd head to the steamforums to find out whats happening...my game wouldnt start cos it couldnt find the phys x driver..found the fix on those forums asap...
    My guess is that if its a game issue its prolly there and a workaround also

Hey guys, Didn't know if anyone has heard but you can get Metro 2033 free only until tomorrow 10:00 am PST so if you don't already have it, get it! You will need to have Steam client installed to get it though. :)
I tinkered with the user.cfg before, and I went back in to change it, but I can still see the taskbar when I open Metro. I when into Steam and verified the files, and it re-downloaded 1 thing at it didn't help. I've tried F11 and Alt+Enter.
I can't seem to get this to go. :/ The disk has a few minor scratches. I bought it used, so that's to be expected. As far as I can tell it's nothing major. I don't believe it's my drive either. I just installed Escape From Butcher Bay a couple days ago and it went fine. Autorun pops up,...

Finally we have a demo :D News: Metro 2033 Demo - GamersHell.com I was quite shocked we even got a demo to be honest,It seems these days game developers dont bother to make a Demo for us to try the game,They just expect you to buy it :/
