My son would agree with you without a doubt.
He is like a machine with this game (xbox), was with the last version to. Watched him in a few matches, between matches etc., can't remember him even looking at the controller.

I thought of trying the PC version, picking up a game controller and all. But knowing how well seasoned players like my son friggin fly through maps and annialate other players without mercy - I would get my @ss kicked. GRAW 2 is more my speed. But you can't jump or climb ladders.
If you used a game controller with the PC version, you wouldn't stand a chance.
I am willing to bet that if the best xbox player played an average PC player, xbox player using a controller and the PC player using KB/Mouse, the PC player would dominate the xbox player.

This is absolutely true. In fact, at one point, MS wanted to combine consoles and PC's in the same game through Live and abandoned it because the PC players with a keyboard and mouse had a HUGE advantage.

I'm so much better with a keyboard and mouse than I am with a game controller.

Is anyone else still having problems with the server list?

Mine is totally awful at the moment , will display a max of around 32 out of over 3000 servers on my filtered list

I believe they are working on a new patch at the moment which will address this problem as well as many others.

My father in law has the game and gets around 250 servers with the same filters set.

I thought perhaps it might be my router settings , so I changed the firewall from "standard" to "off".

The only effect it had was to stop Xfire working

Hopefully the patch will sort it for me when its released eh!

i cant even join a server before it freezes and after i am in server then the visual lag starts.
like my screen freezes for couple of seconds randomly.
dont say that my pc cant handle, it is caused by the poor optimizing from the developers
playing modernwarfail 2 until the patch comes out

If you ask me, it's just another linear Call of Duty game..not to mention I don't buy the hype this shooter has over any other game in the series.

I tried it out and I like the knifing best. As I never played anything else but Half life, as I am not a gamer, I did like it. Wall Mart has it for $50 in case anyone did not know. but I downloaded it from steam. Runs perfectly on my system. Have only tried the single player. I really stink at gaming! LMAO

Techy: You can get the original Half-Life / Half-Life Source on Steam for only $10, same with Half-Life 2.

Actually I got them both free as a friend of mine sent them to me. This is what started me first in what I call gaming. No matter how you look at it I really suck at gaming period! Hacking and hex code along with binary is simple but gaming I have found to be a challenge for me. I know it sounds crazy but it is true. Maybe cause I can't recall all the keys to be used when I need them. It is not like real life when you respond to the moment with actions for me.
