This game is even more linear than Vegas 2. I finished it on Normal and I didn't even go back for more

My younger 18 year old brother finished the game in 6-7 hours, the same night he got it from the midnight release at Gamestop!

Yea, he did. I'm not surprised he did that, as there were some games (new, namely) I'd play for hours on end. When Double Dash was new, I played for about 8-9 hours straight and did the same for Just Cause 2 a couple months ago.

The Midnight to 7 AM part was kicking my butt more than anything else.

WOW, I have installed the game recently and I can say it is the most awesome FPS I have ever played. The action non - stop and you kill a lot of enemies, like you are in a battle against thousands. Also, it is very nice that there is no way you can get lost because you always follow someone or an arrow shows your way.
The transitional animations are pretty cool as well.

well having tried cod4 and mw2 i can say without doubt black ops is very dull and boring, and the graphics are similar to cod 4.
I fired up cod 4 and enjoyed every second of it,mw2 looks alot better than black ops too.
I have concluded that ops is just a fail i dont enjoy playing it like the other cods, world at war was the same i guess i dont like treyarch games,
I hoping the next cod is made by someone else other than treayarch.
Or i wont be buying the next cod if treyarch have anything to do with it,,they seem to make a a slow and dull cod game with severe problems in the engine too.

I do believe that the idea was good but where I think they fail (IMO) is that they made it even more linear than the other CoD games and that was the kicker for me. Not only that but they seem to rush me even more to those bottleneck assaults where you die and die and die and die and, well, you get my point so it gives you the sensation that the game is super long.

Now, being said that, others may have enjoyed it even more because of how linear it is and that could be the majority so... Treyarch won't stop making those kind of games anything soon!
