    Try setting power management to 'high performance'. This greatly improves performance over the 'balanced' mode.

    What about the ddr2 or ddr3? I don't really understand these things yet...

    Why are you hoping I didnt pay more than 550$? I paid 450$...Are you saying the computer isn't worth the money?

    2GIGS for 80$? wow it is very cheap.

    I tried setting it, it does make a noticeable change, but stil, I want more from that computer, I'll see how upgrading my ram will help here.

    4 gigs, its 2 cards, each with 2 gigs, i asked to make sure you didnt get ripped off, 450$ sounds verry reasonable for your setup now
