How do i disable alt tab Modifier key?

Hi. Im looking for a way to disable the Alt-Tab keystroke which closes my current program. Im using Win7 home premium edition. Thx

I checked it.. appears to only be for the "Windows" key + modifer. Im looking for modifer + modifer disabling. o.O
