What Cpu Cooler Is best?

Hey Everyone,
I just finished my gaming rig last week been a bit tight on money but looking for a new CPU cooler along with a good graphics card could you guys possibly help ?

Ive been looking at various CPU coolers like the coolermaster V8 and the Corsair H50
The cooler is going to be for a AMD Phenom II X4 but i really dont want a cooler that is gunna be a pain in the arse to install...... Could anyone tell me any good but easy to install coolers ?

What do you guys think of these two which one should i go for i heard theGTX 470 is obviously better but is there a massive difference between a 465 and 470 ?

About the video cards, the GTX 470 is better than the 465.

I could suggest an AMD solution, but if you're not into AMD. although i see that your rig is AMD.

I'm not entirely sure but i believe i read here on the forums something about Fermi cards not performing at its maximum power with AMD processors (I don't remember where i read this but it was here on the forums, i don't know if it's true )

For the price of the GTX 470 you could buy a HD 6950, unlock it into a HD 6970 with the BIOS mod here (AMD Radeon HD 6950 to HD 6970 Mod | techPowerUp) and have the fastest AMD card on the market right now (Single GPU).

thats true ive heard the Nvidia are more reliable and effeicient so thats the only reason im going for a nvidia card i love all amd products but the graphics card i heard the nvidia performs better

While the Corsair H50 and H70 ($110) are great, they might be a bit too pricey. The CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ can be had for about $30 and works really good.

For me, I find the Corsair H70 a bit too noisy for my ears. So, since I am not a major overclocker, I don't require extreme cooling.
