Yeah, In a funny kind of way I was thinking about all your issues you posted a while back with your 5970

This also goes back to the issues I read about on ATI's dual card/CrossFire setup. I'll stick with the single card and be happy :)

lol, you'd be hard pressed to buy one 2nd hand for that price next year
LOL, I was exaggerating a bit but you know that it will be at least 50 to 65 percent cheaper a year from now... if not sooner.

Besides, looking at other things (like specific video drivers for the card to maximize its capabilities, bad coding on games, bad optimization of said games, console ports, etc)... you won't really get the full effect of it so why pay that insane amount of money now? I mean, if money burns a hole in your pocket, sure, go ahead and buy 3 for triple SLI.

Now, if you are going to use for something else like Graphic Design, etc, etc, then... I see nothing wrong but if we're just talking about "Gaming", I just don't know

Believe you me, I am the cheapest ******* that ever lived and that is another thing that kicks me in the butt... the life span of this things is like a week or two!
