I had no problem playing this game with 3GB RAM and Vista 32-bit and now I upgraded to Windows 7 64-bit and 8GB RAM and I have terrible FPS. Is there something I'm missing on this system.

Are all your drivers up to date? Especially the GFX card is essential.
To make things short - seems like BO would perform extremely poor under Win7.

I just bought Home Premium. My wife would divorce me if I had to go out and buy 7 Pro just so I can play this game.
