Artifacting on all Source Engine games?

Title says it all pretty much, every Source Engine game I play (HL2, L4D, CSS, TF2, etc) has minor artifacting (moreso on games running the Ep1 Engine as opposed to the Source 2007/L4D engine.)

Does anyone else experience this and/or know a fix?

Infinity Engine games (Baldur's Gate etc.)
It seems that Windows 7 still shows the black box bug when running Baldur's Gate (and presumably other Infinity Engine games from the same era) on modern nVidia hardware. I was able to get it working fine with the latest fix that's going around: IE games and NVidia Series 8 video cards -...

Source Engine Games Glitched, Stuttering, Crashing
Hi all, I've just installed Windows 7 and am naturally in the process of restoring all my old games that were installed before the format of Vista. ALL Source engine based games run glitchy or crash. HL2, HL:E1, HL2:Lost Coast, HL2MP, CS:S and Dark Messiah: All the above stutter after...

Source Engine Games Have "Stopped Responding"
Okay, here's the deal: I just recently installed the W7 32bit beta to find that all games that run on the source engine stop responding as soon as they're launched. This happens with source games only whether they are ran through steam or not. All of the games ran fine on vista. I have a Dell...
