NEED FOR SPEED WONT RUN

I know there are many new games coming up but suddenly I got a desire to play NEED FOR SPEED HIGH STAKES(1999),pretty old but nice.I downloaded it and installed it in Windows 7. Now when I want to start the game it wont open.The window comes as in the screenshot but game dosent start..

Any suggestions ? Many thanks !!
