Well, recently I having problem with my internet because my country, Malaysia block some web and I only can access by using the program call Hot Spot Shield.
Well does that program effect the download speed?

Hotspot Shield does decrease download speed by a lot, I have used it before.

No, Speccy doesn't get blocked..

So what is your Malaysia ISP doing then? If Speccy is not blocked, why do you need to use Hotspot Shield????

Just do as I said in my previous post, install Speccy, and then save and attach the text file of your Computer Specs.
