I play D2 at least once a week, and have had no issues. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm pretty sure Windows Vista and 7 has a lot of problems with D2, it's all over the internet. For a while I couldn't play it without the colors being all messed up.

Yes that is ok D2MultiRes.dll and D2MultiRes.mpq are required for the mod to work, just make sure that you run the .exe when trying to play high res.

.exe? Am I thinking about this too hard? Should I just copy it in like it is?
