Thanks But I Think Nexus Is Down Or Something
Oops. It was up when I posted, but it has been undergoing a redesign recently, so it may be down for a little while. Just check back with it tomorrow. In the meantime, you have an i3 core, right? You should edit the ini file like I mentioned, I guess I forgot to mention that this will also be mandatory.
Yah Ive Changed The .ini and tried running fallout it didnt run I hope that after nexus comes back online ill be able to run it

When you say 'didn't run', do you mean that the game won't start at all? Or is it still freezing on the loading screen?

BTW, the Nexus is back up now. I would recommend this, rather than the first error fix download I mentioned:

Fallout3 Master Fix at Fallout 3 Nexus - Fallout 3 mods and community

It includes everything from the other one, plus a few more fixes. Make sure to read the documentation description and readme, Fo3 could crash on startup if you install this wrong. It's pretty easy to install, though, and very easy to uninstall. Also, you may want to look at this:

    Fallout 3 on Windows 7.

If you don't have any DLCs, then you will want to go with my prior recomendation. The v1 download doesn't require any DLCs. Actually though, you may want to transfer you querry to the link I gave in my last post, since it seems that it has become an unofficial help forum for W7 Fo3.
