windows 7 crashes after 10 minutes

Windows 7 64bit crashes after 10 or so minutes when I play games. Mostly play BFBC2. If I play BFBC2 at Windows 7 32bit it works fine. Any suggestions? Same machine just different Os's.

** It would help us if you would fill in your computer specs.
We would then have more information available in order to help you.

Your problem may be caused by many things > RAM problems >graphics drivers > overclocking > heat issues > using more than one AntiVirus at the same time > etc etc.

** Have you checked in Event Viewer ?
Event Viewer - Windows Logs - System & Application.
Check for any red error messages to do with this problem.

** Any BSOD DMP files produced?
If so we need them to enable us to assist you with your computer's symptoms.

When was the last time you updated your Audio and Video drivers?

Also, telling us that you have an XFX Motherboard is like saying you own a Ford Vehicle...

Use this program to let you know exactly what your specs are... someone else here posted it on another post and it looks simple and nice.

Nothing in the windows event logs, but this is the crash report in BFBC2, as follows:
