This is what you should do. Take some of the saved cash you have, go and buy a starters book in programing or IT. Start doing some small programs easy stuff and work your way up to other things, like pic editing or video. Heck even take an older game and try your hand at some moding or level creating, I warn you this isnt easy work. your going to need to focus hard and dedicate some free time to it, to show your parents that this is something you really want to invest in and build a new machine for. Gaming is fun but it gets even funner when you know how these companies build these games and market them. I say this as I have been working on the side doing some beta testing on games and working on some easy game level creators (fyi older games are easier to create some simple stuff for Unreal Tournament) Heck even take a good look at Garys Mod on steam its a great way to do some messing around in a sandbox to show people what your up to.

XFX Core Edition 550W - 57.9€
PNY GEFORCE GTX 560 TI - 1GB DDR5 - PCI-EXPRESS 2.0 - 199€
Corsair 2x2048MB DDR3 1333Mhz XMS3 CL9 New Classic - 44.90€
ASUS M4A87TD EVO AMD870G SKAM3 - 97.50€
AMD PHENOM II X4 955 BE Quad-Core 64Bits 8MB BOX SKAM3 - 122.90€
Zalman Z9 Plus LED Display - 51.9€

Total - 574€
The 560x1Gb will run all the games you mention...easily....the PSU being XFX branded should also be nps...I would however step it up a little to a 650 watt.

and

if you have 400 saved I wouldn't buy clothes..I would just save the xtra then buy the PC components and build it...it's your money so you can spend it however you see fit whether your da likes it or not.

and

theonly 6850 cards that can be flashed are the very FIRST 2Gb reference cards released...they have since be changed so they can no longer be flashed...so good luck finding one new now

cheers

Thanks for the tips! Hell as a gamer I've had the idea of being one of those who makes customs stuff for games, aka, skins, .dds file modding, I got to edit some stuff on a Runescape DB( placed some npcs, made them talk when we clicked them, etc..) , etc ...
I've been a photoshoper myself, I made "collages" I think that's the name of it, I grabbed a few pictures and merged them together and I think there were a few projects that looked alright...

I also think I've got the basic on C+, well the idea at least. I think stuff resumes to something like this:

If action;shift = true
play animation # ( number )
movement speed = 1.2 ( for example )
}

I think it's something like that, im not sure.. It's just the idea I have in mind, not an actual code or something.

About the book, what books and/or websites you advise me to read?
