Fable: The lost chapters. Resolution problem

Hello,

I'm playing Fable through my HDMI cable to my 32" widescreen.

Resolutions available are(out of which only ONE works):
800 x 600
1152x648
1280x960
1776x1000
1920 x 1080 <--- The only resolution that works

The problem is that at this resolution, the HUD and subtitles are so small I can barely see them!

Is there a way to change this? For example enlarging the HUD and subtitles without lowering the resolution? Purely because the game is unplayable if I change the resolution

Thank you!

First of all, I'd like to say that I love this game. Anyway, perhaps there's an option to enlarge the text?

I can't see any options to increase text size.

Is there a way to have a custom resolution?

A mod or edit file to change the HUD size?

Way to apply a custom resolution?

Way to make my other resolutions work?

Just anything, I'd love to just play this game again

Is there no options within the games installation folder, such as a config file with the 'Resolution ****x****:true' etc you can edit? :/

Lost screen resolution after upgrade to Win7
Before upgrade I had a max screen size of 1280 x 800, and if I set to a smaller size, the image still filled the screen. This size is of course WXGA . Since upgrade I have a max of 1028 x 768 which does not fill the screen, and if I choose a smaller one,e.g. 800 x 600, the image visibly shrinks...
