Call of Jaurez - Bound in Blood Starting Problems

    Hello fellow WINDOWS 7 users.

I need some help on something. I have just bought Call of Juarez - Bound in Blood and I've been having a look at other forums for the same problem. Every time I start the game up, it gets to the point where it shows the two boys standing there and you can see your desktop, after that a trouble shoot happens. The game somehow crashed, and I have everything set for the game. All I would like to know is how to fix the problem I have with starting it up. I have been trying other Compatibility views, and none seem to work. Please help me with this.

Have you tried setting the desktop for classic mode when running the game?
This has solved similar game launch problems for me in the past.

there's probably a quicker path but
    Hit winkey + pause/break key
click advanced system settings on the left
    click the advanced tab
click the settings button to the right of performance
tick the box that says adjust for best performance
    click okay and exit everything
To put it back how it was after follow the same steps and just tick best appearance or let windows decide (either one works) and okay.

Hi mate...have you updated your Graphics/Sound and DirectX....these can be a source of issues with new games. Also check the Tutorials...theres one there for troubleshooting game issues.

    Cheers

Yeah, if you are feeling lazy just give us the model of your graphics card / laptop / computer and I'll link you to the most recent drivers.

here is the most recent direct x redist
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

I can't give you a specific link for your video card without knowing more about your system though.
Go to winkey + pause/break again
but this time click device manager, expand display adapters and tell me what it says there.
