MOO2 install on win 7 home premium

I am unable to install MOO2 on win7 home premium. Can't copy to c-drive. I'm a novice at this. Would appreciate help Don;t have access to anothe computer. MOO2 ran fine on my previous win xp computer.

Thanks for the help, but its a little over my head and how do I copy my MOO2 cd to my hard drive.
When I select the file and press copy nothing happens.

Thanks Stormy 13 for your help.I have DBGL and read the instructions but haven't been able to use it or even how to copy the MOO2 cd to the c:\ drive or how to install. If you or anybody else help me to get this game going, I would be very happy.

Thanks, but after reading both instructions for DBGL and DosBox, I haven't been able to completely
get them to work.
Maybe if someone could dumb it down a bit, I could figure it out.
