it's "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family" with "812 MB"
i'm just wondering what game could i run on it ... "if anyone knows"
and is there anyway to make it run better on new games

MoD welcome to the Seven Forums.

The "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family" is also known as the Intel GMA 4500MHD, and no it won't play much more than Solitaire,

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD (GMA X4500MHD) - Notebookcheck.net Tech

There is also nothing you can do to make it better, short of a new computer that can play games. No driver, no tweaks, and zero possibility of upgrading the graphics.

Here are some games I used to run, believe it or not I used to have that graphics card!

    Halo: CE
    Prey
    The Sims 2
    Company Of Heroes

I could suggest some more if you gave me your resolution?

To be honest, unless you are playing Win95 games and nothing with serious 3D application, that is all you can play.

Please note, Intel HD is NOT for gaming. It was designed mostly for Desktop and Video. If you want to play 3D games, (IE: like First person shooters or something that actually uses 3D modeling) you need to have at least an AMD Radeon type Chipset or an nVidia type GPU video graphics chip in your laptop.

Lastly, Laptops, for the most part, are not recommended for Gaming. There are gaming laptops, but you will have to be willing to spend a fair amount of money to have a reasonable Gaming Laptop. It is not recommended to buy a laptop for gaming as the experience will not be as good due to the limitations imposed upon hardware to fit a small chassis.

Oh, I completely missed your running on laptop, and as Keiichi25 saids aswell laptops aint good for gaming, and I would bother upgrading your Graphics Card or anything like that on your laptop. Laptops are more for traveling and exploring, and Desktop PC's are more advanced e.g gaming. If you do consider to buy a Desktop PC I recomend getting one with a Nvidia Gefore 8800 is good and its affordable.

    Best of luck,

Look guys, just because he has crappy graphics and is on a laptop, does not mean that the only games he can run are Solitaire or games made during Windows 95... Stop being a troll. There are a number of games that can run on bad graphics.

    Age of Empires 2
Age of Empires 3 (low graphics)
    Angry Birds
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2
Command and Conquer: Generals (and Zero hour)
    Counter-Strike (maybe Source)
    Day of Defeat (maybe Source)
    Grand Theft Auto: 3
    Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (low graphics settings)
    Half-Life
    Half-Life 2 (EP1 and EP2) - low graphics settings, maybe medium
    Halo: Combat Evolved
Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven
Need for Speed: (all Need for Speeds made before Undercover) low settings
    Portal (low settings, maybe medium)
    Team Fortress 2??? (low settings)
    The Sims 2 (low settings)

He can defintly run Halo: CE, doesn't require much to play that. I dont think the computer will be able to run Team Fortress 2 though, depending on the resolution of the screen because the more he has to display or more it will lag :P

You guys also missed where he said new games, of which what he has hasn't a chance of playing (games like Angry Birds don't count), or if they do play will be far from playable.
