Windows 7 RCx64 (previously Vista x32)
Try this

I saw another post from a user named Omni whom I shall quote

"For those having problems try this: To get the 64-bit .exe file working please copy the “lang.ini”, “paul.dll” and “unicows.dll” from the Bin32 folder into the Bin64 folder. After that you will be able to launch Crysis from the 64-bit directory. "

... although I'm having issues installing the damn thing (even as admin and using the compatability modes)... it hangs when "copying new files)...

Windows 7 RCx64 (previously Vista x32)

yer no worries - I'm a bit of a techie and tend to keep up to date with my drivers.

sorted now anyway - strangely, it was AVAST that was blocking the install. disabled the AV and Crysis installed a treat! weird how i had no issues with any other software. cheers anyway.

You can't format with the 7000 Beta?
I want to format my computer and delete everything on it so that I can install a fresh copy of Windows 7 without anything else... I backed up all my things and restarted with the CD in the drive, but nowhere do I see the option to format, create partitions, etc. Is there something I'm missing? ...
