You know, the first thing I remember about Brotherhood is that using the map on the PC version is hell xD
Quite clearly, the game was more oriented towards consoles than the PC (at least in the terms of the controls), but just like the Witcher 2, it ended up being good, if not just a tad bit annoying. In Brotherhood the map, in the Witcher 2, the inventory mess. But hey, they are still epic games

Not exactly the first thing but for me, it was definitely the most anoying thing in Brotherhood.

As for The Witcher 2, I bought it two weeks ago but haven't gotten around to playing it. Hopefully, it's as good as they say.

I might. I'm half way through Portal and though it's the most boring game I've ever played, I really want to finish it. Not sure why.

Yeah, well, the first game wasn't meant to be takes as a stand-alone game, but as a part of the Orange Box. P2 is much more hilarious and interesting, but the first game gets you into the swing of things

    Short answer: yes.

Long answer: OMG yes yes yes, I'm waiting for this like crazy, I just finished Brotherhood 3 weeks ago, I want to know what happens, even tho that final scene was weird and uncalled for and makes no sense...

It was like I was watching fringe out of the blue, but I still am hyped as hell for this game, I played the last one on the good old (emphasis on Old) PS3, gonna get it on PC this time around

Well, most of my friends agree. They've said the first one is good to ease you into the gameplay of Portal but beyond that, it's not the most entertaining game.

Don't. Just... Don't. Ubisoft's DRM and re-allocated controls make the game clearly more console-oriented. You won't gain much better experience on the PC. Save your money for other good games coming this year

Oh, and BTW, you may not notice, but I'm hyped as hell too xDDD
