No point starting a new thread mate. Fill out your system specs, just saying what OS you have won't help anyone. I'm assuming this is a browser based game?

What I mean is you have 2 threads that you have started and both are about the same problem?

I also asked that you fill out your system specs..I see that you haven't..Your on the Windows 7 forums so it's safe to assume your running W7...what we don't know is what your PC is as in what components etc.

And what game this is..is it a browser type game or not?
    cheers

Hi mate..click start. type dxdiag into the search programs and files box at the bottom..click the icon that comes up..it will show what your cpu/amount of ram etc on the first page..at the top are several boxes sound, video etc.expanding them will tell you what the corresponding hardware is..write it down then use them to fill out your system specs.

Not a lot of info around about this game..you have all the patches etc for it?
