Problem solved:just press Ctrl+Alt+F11 and game goes to fullscreen on my intel videocard!

Found a fix if you using Nvidia,Go to Nvidia Control Panel and under Adjust Desktop Size and Position select Use Nvidia Scaling.

Here you go,Maybe that option is only available on certain Video Cards ( I have a 8800 GTS ) or in Windows 7
