problem with my save game in gta iv

I've recently installed win 7 64 bit i had the version of 32 bit
i've backup all my rockstar game from C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\

my problem is that when i past the savegames file into C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\gamesaves and traying to load the saves from the game it said

"Load Failed. Please check your hard drive and try again"
can anyone tell me what can i do?

This may helps you a bit. I used to have the same problem as you. GTA IV programmed not to read any saves files that is from other computer. For example, 100% saves file by other people.. You need to path the "xlive.dll".. I cant remember what is the link. Try finding it; it might solved your solution.
