I liked fable 3,beat the game but i was kind of upset on how short the game was.I flew through it really quick and felt it wasn't worth the $50 i paid for it when i first got it when it was newer. Was to easy and short for me.The story was good but the game being short kind of killed it for me even though i liked how it progressed.Just wish it was longer.
I played this, too. It was an interesting game. I liked that you could do all sorts of stuff with the game. Buying houses, getting married, choosing gender, etc. It wasn't really that bad of a game, but I never beat it because I kinda got bored with it about 3/4 the way through it.

Been playing the PS3 game Dark Souls these past few weeks, which I unwillingly got sucked into by a friend, only to read today that it's getting a PC port. Which inevitably includes new content. That the console versions will only get later. In the form of pay DLCs.

Guess it's time to finish Classy Cranberrys, been neglecting my Visual Novel pile.

They're porting it and not recreating it?! *gags* I really, really don't like it when they just port it over. It's really annoying. It just screams out: "Buggy Game." Doh!

yeah and being laggy due to poor porting pff hopefully they port it correctly but don't get your hopes up.Usually when devs port to pc it ends up being poorly done because they end up getting lazy and doing it all really fast with not enough testing to make a quick buck.Gonna need a bunch of patches watch. I would wait for it have been out a while and see how it runs for others until most of the problems get fixed.

Some friends told me about this game and the new zombie survival mod for it (DayZ). They have been playing it and having a blast so I thought I would try it. I like it but I like it A LOT more when playing with friends.

Arma 2 + Arrowhead are a nice change of pace from your Rambo run and gun military shooters (COD, BF3 etc etc). I mostly play co-op but playing solo is fun also. One hit kills/deaths are the norm so you have to plan and take it slow.

The DayZ mod is all about survival. You can't just go around shooting every zombie you see or you will run out of ammo quick and left to run away. One thing I have noticed about DayZ is I need to play with at least one other person as there are plenty of bandits out there who will see you all alone and kill you for your weapon, ammo and beans. Pisses me off to no end
I played Arma II when it was first released, or at least tried to. It ran woefully and was buggy as hell. I ended up giving up on it, which was a pity because I do like the change of pace the game offers.

I spent countless hours playing and creating missions on the original Operation Flashpoint. (before Codemasters bought the IP and ruined it. Bohemia then turned it into the Arma series) it ran badly back then and it's still pretty much the same game engine, but the 'realistic' aspect really is a welcome break from run and gun FPS.

Thanks for the DayZ mod heads up - certainly sounds interesting and worth a look :)
I mentioned DayZ a few pages back. Been playing it for about a month or so now and loving it. I've been playing it lone ranger for a while, waiting for an RL mate to upgrade his PC and get the game. I've lost all interest in other games for the time being, but this one has kept me hooked.

It's a really cruel and unforgiving game. Last week I was playing a character I had for about 5 days. Had quite a good horde of loot and items. Was scavenging an old railway depot and got shot by someone I didn't even see. Tried to run, but alerted a couple of zombies and died, so 5 days of gaming down the drain, lol, but I just started another game and off I went again.

Only advice I can give is stay away from the coast if you choose to play, lol.
