good news - pc gaming isn't dead!
check out this new release:
call of duty waw for pc
gears of war 1 for 360
COD Black Ops mostly but I just put dual WD 1TB Enterprise drives in a RAID 0 for the Chistmas loot. (MW3 and Battlefield 3) On a software buying lockdown because the family has to have something to get me.
I am gonna take a shot at this, if you want to test your system and see how hard you can ever push it buy witcher 2 and set setting to uber. If you want a game where your choices in the game actually have real consequenses that changes all the time buy the witcher 2, if you want a game where you slay monsters, seduce woman and have excelnt conversations ingame get witcher 2... Now i just sounded like someone that tries to sell the game lol but i like to make pro and con lists so here goes( these are only in my opinion)
Pro's: Best graphics i ever saw in a rpg ever ( if your system can go uber on it)
Great pc's,and great interactions.
Long gameplay and keeps getting better as you play.
Has a dragon
Has several different play troughs, each one with different choices and endings
Combo moves and finishing kills
Hero can romance...
Can craft different weopons and armor and potions to some level( but limited)
Great sounds and special effects.
Mix of magic, swords, bows and so on.
The choices are a big pro, it is brilliant how they revolve later on.
Cons: starts weird....maybe a little slow.
You need a super gfx or sli/crosfire to run " ubersampling" and yes having that. on stresses the pc to max, but it looks awesome...
You need to updatethe game to latest updatefor max performance/gameplay effect.
Combat system may or may not be liked( some love it some hate it)
So if you want my opinion...i would say if you like medevil rpg's and like monsters, girls, blood and long conversations followed by high graphics and intece story lines with differnt plays i would suggest getting it, or playing a demo first... But imho i luved the witcher 2 and finished it 4 times BUT i luved dragon age 1 and 2 , and luved gothic series and 2 worlds allot, so hope my imput gave you some idea on the game.

Thanx for the review and screenshots, i am gonna wait a while to see if skyrem can play on dx11 but i think its gonna be the rpg i was waiting for, and from previous post i saw of you, it seems we like the same games and tipes of gameplay, so based on that i think i will give skyrem a go, i will give my take on it after a week or so when i get the game...( gonna get nfs the run first) thanx for you imput i wanted to add to your rep but i have to "spread it around" first sorry mate
Ps. Can you say if skyrem is like other known rpgs in gameplay and so on?
