I've noticed the weight issue, but I've put it down to all the potions (and sometimes books) I pick up in dungeons, etc. They do add up.

As for Well Rested, I've noticed that the notifier doesn't always show up, but if I look in Active Effects I sometimes see a "Well Rested" effect listed.

Edit:Speaking of potions, I used to go through them like crazy, but since I've leveled up and perked my archery and destruction skills I hadn't been using them much. I'm carrying so many I must slosh as I walk. Recently, however, the Daugrs, etc. have gotten tougher and I'm back to hitting the bottle again (so to speak)

Heh yeah, those potions and scrolls you pick up add up fast actually I regularly go though them and trim them down and I get all my missing weight back.

Also using the steed stone and got the "extra pockets" pick pocket perk so have 575 pounds of load capacity now. Plenty for looting out a few dungeons and a couple dragons along the way before heading home again...

Good idea. I've got the Breezehome house and the nice one in Solitude, i should pick a chest in one of them to be my potion/scrolls storage unit.

I know! I'll make Lydia carry them. After all, she is sworn to carry my burdens...

Glad to see I'm not the only one, even with your "but"

However I've accounted for those as well as I've tons of potions and scrolls that's I've not used. I also keep a close eye on how much potions I carry because I use Alchemy to help boost my overall level progress so I'm always creating and storing them. And any potions I find I tend to store or replace the ones I used

I also try to keep whatever potions on me to 4 or less unless they're restore health, magika, or stamina which usually run around 6 per outing. Basically I do what fseal does, trim them down to keep the weight down.

With regards to scrolls believe it not but I don't use them. Because of this I just carry a few just in case ones.

Anyway I've probably got enough scrolls and potions stored away to garner me at least a million gold

Those reason aren't good at all, pick it up its a great game. Lag? hardly, if you got a decent rig you can play no problems. Texture Issues? Maybe, they aren't really game breaking and some people don't ever see then. The game should be updated several more times so i don't see why ''lag and texture issues'' have stopped from buying this game.

idk my friend has a decent rig and he gets texture issues and random lags at times
also the reason i haven't bought it because of the issues is because i don't want to spend $50usd on something that's broken that's why

i honestly doubt the ''decent'' part. can you put up his specs? also its not broken, not by a long shot. There might be a bug here or there, buts its not 100% game breaking.

He obviously doing something wrong, the game doesn't lag. It used to lag for me, but i was on a dual core. Isn't the 5500 a budget card? i don't think ive seen one.
