What an epic game... But, am i rushing it too much? I am lvl 13 and i've just fought with Alduin ( that first fight when he escapes ). Every time i watch a youtube video walkthrough, at the same quest i m doing, people are at least 10 lvls higher.
Don't worry, it varies for different people. For example, I was around Level 35 when I finished the Main Quest. However, some people finish it at about Level 20.

It really depends on what side quests and storylines you do. Some choose not to do any and just complete the Main Quests, others accept and complete every quest they can find.

I am at level 20 on my first try and i am at a stage where i just learned about shouts from greybeards and became Arch-mage of college of magic:).I am liking the side quests and main quest can wait. This game is insanely epic and like one poster said there is so much to do and learn in SKyrim.

I did the same thing. I think I was between 20-25 before I ever met the Greybeards, and was something like lvl 45 when I finished the main quest.

I got tied up in all the other side quests I just didnt worry about the main quest line for a long time lol.

Finnished the game as a mage,so all that was left is a light armored thief/warior type thing,so I started with that a few days ago, and "Killed" a dragon today...(yeah I know, there's a bilion off them) but after the dragons health went to 0,he didn't die, he just stood there looking at me,so we had a stairing contest...he won,I got bored and no matter what I do he just stood there,so I started hitting him with every sword in my invintory, but that just made my one handed skill level rise, so I took some screen shots. The best part is,about an hour later I was just randomly killing forsworns, and out of no where a dragon fell infront of me,and started doing that red, yellow disolving thing and I got it's soul.....so I believe I still got the kill. lol

I have a question here. After learning shouts from the greybeards for the first time, how much of the main quest is left??I mean in percentage terms like 40 % or 50 %.

    Thanks

No Prob. Knowing Skyrim, you'll get sucked into something else. Making the Game feel so much longer and never ending.

Yea .. Good bit of it left.
In fact, if you want to to try and do lots of other stuff, thats really a good place to put the main quest on hold for a bit so to speak.

Even getting involved with one of the groups like the Companions, Mages etc will start a nice long quest line for you, that really has little to do with the main one. .. but still a blast.
