I don't understand this.Earlier in the game i had cleared one Forsworn camp of all Forsworn and one mine of all Draugr (got gold for this small quest from one miner). This place is near Markarth & Karspire. Now i went to the these same places after like 10 levels and its still the same.I mean Draugr are still in mine and Forsworn camp is full of Forsworn. Is this supposed to happen or its a glitch in game??

All non quest specific parts of the game "repop" at intervals. Usually something like a forsworn or bandit camp or mine repop in 30 game days I believe?

It makes sense, you're not there 100% of the time to keep new people out. Bandit camps get abandoned (when you wipe them out) but a new set of bandits move in a month later :)

The repop of the ore in mines is a tad unrealistic but it allows you to keep playing the game if you were big into smithing and such :)

Ah i get it now but its a bit ridiculous in a way.Last time i killed that old hag with nails and this time there was another old hag in precisely the same place

Heh yeah, it would be a bit more realistic if the actual population would change, or if the camps would move around. :)

I am in a dilemma whether to join Imperials or Stormcloaks.I read in some forums if i join Stormcloaks then Alduin quest is almost impossible to complete or something.Honestly i don't know about Alduin quest yet.I am playing High Elf and seeing how Stormcloaks are racists towards Elves,i am more inclined towards joining Imperials. But the point is if joining either of the sides will have impact on the possible ending of the game or on main quest??

    TIA

Everyone has an opinion so in the end it's up to you to make the decision. And for what it's worth, I joined the Imperials and had no issue with the Alduin quest.

I would follow the story and listen to other NPC's around you and go from there. I can't say what's the right or wrong answer as I've only had one playthrough and as I said, I chose the imperials side.

And like any RPC game decisions can have consequences, that's why you're given choices, and that's the point.

    Good luck.

I was a Stormcloak and had no issue. But I didnt rush through the main campaign either.

My guess is that those who had issues with Alduin may have just been a bit too low of a level.. just a guess.

Talk to everyone, get some more info, and decide which side you want to take.
Alternatively, you can just stay neutral in the civil war if you so choose.
