    Yow

For MMOs I can see the requirement that you HAVE to have the current patch to play on line but... Skyrim doesn't have that inherent requirement.

Luckily the one big bug in it won't affect me because I have zero magic resistance as it is :/ Though I'm trying to mage myself up some. Hopefully that'll be fixed before I need it.

While there are a lot of positives about Steam, this kind of thing is a serious negative (Can't play on your laptop on the train? WHY NOT?

If I add the whistle, it'll be three things I modded for my horse in total I got a better looking skin and the Essential Character option. I think riding the horse around really makes the game in a lot of ways, but it needs a bit of help to not be a constant pain.

Ooooh if you could only do ranged attacks from horseback!

Well maybe it's just me, but I swear the graphics got tuned up, to me, everything now looks livelier. Haven't noticed any other issues, well, I still got a CTD! And the dragons I killed at Winterhold College are still hanging around. In this screenshot there are 4 of them...

Other than that I guess I need to look over that patch and see what was in there. BTW I'm getting this on the link posted by fseal....

The dragon carcases are actually supposed to hang around. According to Bethesda, the last 15 kills remain in world always. Then when you kill another one, the oldest will disappear. Like most everything else... I see stuff that I killed like weeks ago in game time, you think the wolves and buzzards would have cleaned that all up by now

    Character resistances no longer work!

Edit - You know, after reading this News: Skyrim 1.2 patch breaks Resistances, makes dragons fly backwards - ComputerAndVideoGames.com article I have to say I did experience an issue where a frost dragon nearly killed me. Thought I didn't have any frost gear on, checked and I did, but it made no difference and my health drained to near fatal levels. Hmmm.... seems my magical frost boots don't protect like the did BEFORE the patch. Oh boy....

According to numerous posts on the official Bethesda forum, character resistances no longer work in post-patch Skyrim. Resistances are enchanted gear, race bonuses and perks that grant players protection from harmful effects such as fire, ice, magic, diseases and poisons.
I can definitely say I've seen this one at work

Please get a patch out to fix the patch ASAP. Holly crap

Well I played for just over an hour, I fast traveled to 9 different old dragon spots, and killed each dragon, none of them flew away in reverse as some comments about the new patch say, also killed an blood dragon and elder dragon while just running around, they did not ignore me and attacked right away. I also got no CTD's, no errors, no arrows not vanishing or purple armor. All my dragon carcases disolved as they should, i finished 4 side quist and 2 main ones just to see what will happen, and I bought a house and nothing went wrong, everything runs super smooth and no glitches or errors.I geuss I am one of the lucky ones, cause if I had to review the patch I would say it's perfect, and it definatly upgraded the game.

I can understand that to a point, but if the dragon burns away the way the images show, then the carcass dwindled to ashes. With regards to getting the dragon bones killing the dragon, well you can dig what’s left of them out of the ashes, just like you loot other characters whom you reduced to… ashes.

At any rate it gets cluttered in that area and doesn't look right for the game. It's one thing to have the bones lying about in the wide open expanse, it's another to have them cluttering up tight spaces - especially when the wind blows them in front of the door, and people walking right through them like they’re not even there

If nothing else after so many days have them fade away.
