I started it, but then the very first actual quest I had to kill someone I liked and I just left it alone :/ Haven't gotten SO bored as to turn completely and relentlessly evil (yet)

bah, kill them all, i say!
zap 'em and whack 'em and steal their loot.
Even poor defenceless retarded little Narfy? Who would put a contract out on him? I want to find out who's putting out all these contracts and go after THEM!
Oh man I didn't know! That would have been great
But I'm hosed for that now it was so long ago that I started it I can't go back :/
Bounty completed, money received but it's still on the misc quest list.
And i have it 2(two) times in my quest list
Collect bounty from skald.
Collect bounty from skald.
I finished it.
If you have a stealthy type character, theres some good light armor that comes from the quest line. Especially the second set you get. theres also a couple other unique things you can get from it. So in ways, yes its worth it depending on your character type.
But, the DB Questline may be a bit brutal for some. You will need to assassinate a lot of targets. Some deserving of it, and others totally innocent. The Brotherhood just takes the job regardless.
So be aware of that if you are RPing a good aligned character. They will not be a appropriate guild if you are. The Thieves Guild are saints in comparison.

At the start of the Brotherhood questlines, Skald will give you 3 targets. Thats probably why you have multiple returns as a Misc.
Its been a while but I think you need to do at least 1, possibly 2 of those Misc quests to continue with the main quest line.
Once everything is complete, You get a random repeatables that are Misc as well.
