Just another question, is 960t a good procesor ( not gonna unlock 2 hidden cores ), or should i get one of these, 955, 965, 970, and maybe, if it's worth the price difference, 980?

One thought occured to me today... i5. Is there a way to get an i5 processor ( 2400/2500, won't do any OCing ) and a good mobo while keeping the same budget and downgrading gpu to 6770 and getting the psu & case combo i mentioned earlier? Will it be better or worse 4 gaming? Or maybe i could get a mobo that supports ivy bridge, get the i3 2100 ( which seems to outperform phenom ii x4 ) and upgrade to ivy later?

That depends entirely on your source for the parts in Serbia, Germany, or wherever you are buying. You would have to check your local dealers.
In the US, you are likely to get more performance with a given budget with an Intel-based PC, but AMD is still pretty competitive at lower price levels.

If all parts were avaiable, what would be a better option ( for gaming ), i3 2100 with a p67 or h67 mobo while keeping all other components same as listed on page 2 ( upgrading to ivy bridge in a year or so ), or a i5 2400/2500 with p67 or h67 mobo while downgrading the gpu to 6770 and getting a worse psu, or the one on page 2? Note: FOR GAMING!

This is the build i've come up with:
CPU: Intel Core i5 2400 3.1GHz
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1333MHz
Mobo: Asrock P67 Pro3
G. Card: Ati Radeon HD6770 1GB GDDR5
HDD: Hitachi 160GB Sata II 2MB ( from an old pc )
DVD R/W : Philips 24x ( from an old pc )
Case: w/e @ 20-40€
PSU: Cooler Master CX500 500w
All of this will cost around 490€, which i think i very good for an i5 system. The gpu should be fine for wow and new games on medium, probably gonna upgrade it in a year.

That looks pretty good. I'd probably try to steer you to a Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic PSU if possible, but overall it looks fine to me.

Finally, i've ordered this build from amazon.de that i hope will give me the best bang for the buck. It will arrivein a couple of weeks. This is it:

8 gigs of RAM on an i3... Interesting xD
Still, it beats having a Dual Core, so it would be suitable for modern games (though don't expect them to work flawlessly on high settings... or work at all)
