    Hi guys,

I am having the same problem, i have tried everything that has been suggested on this thread and still no joy.

Even writing this post is a nightmare as it keeps loosing focus on the window!

I have wiped and formatted my drive and reinstalled windows 3 times trying to solve this, i have downloaded and made sure all my drivers are up to date, hoovered it out etc. everything i can think of and have read online, tested the memory disk check. i have just a few things on my comp, steam, left 4 dead 2, ESO (not played it just ready to play), tp link and advanced system care Google and opera. thats it. if i start left 4 dead i get as far as the menu then its minimised, if i play the same just keeps happening. if i type on here every so often the windows error sound happens and it has deselected the window and im no longer typing.

    NIGHTMARE!.

Doe anyone have any other suggestions, i just want to enjoy playing some games on my pc this christams!

    thanks
the first time I had this problem, it was caused by my tp link software, I had to fully close it

No dude, I think there is some software opening and closing automatically. But I used Norton Internet Security 2011 for a Full System scan and there was no viruses. Used Malware bytes Anti-Malware and it found only 3 viruses, deleted them and it is still deselecting windows and minimizing full-screen games. I think there is some kind of software which automatically opens and then closes... Please Help. It happened to over one million people on the Internet. Just search it on Google, I tried every thing to fix it but still deselecting...

Update: I downloaded BitDefender Total Security 2012 Evaluation and scanned Full-System but no infections. Please help...

Update 2: I found what is wrong, I just opened Task Manager and found that the file named: "wermgr.exe" (Windows Problem Reporting) It just opens and closes over and over again. So, I pressed the start button and searched for "Choose how to report problems" and then I clicked it and then I clicked "Never check for solutions", Which fixed everything and now I can do what ever I like without This shit bugging me". Thanks for anyone who helped me here. SevenForums for LiFE.

Sorry for the necro, but I tried the solution mentioned in this post, and was blocked from doing so.

The entire section under "choose how to report problems" is greyed out and states a group policy is locking me out of the section. I am the administrator of my PC, it is not on network with other PC's and it is a home PC, not a school, business or government agency. I have not told Windows to block access to anything, as there are no other people that use my machine.

I am concerned tham Microsoft has blocked my access to this setting, and as such I am still having to deal with progams and games constantly minimizing themselve and driving me past the point of insanity. I am worried that Microsoft has made sure this auto-mimimize issue happens and block's me from doing anything about it. since Windows 10 got released I have had many issues with windows 7, from Windows update being broken, and me needing to spend days of hard work to get it to detect updates, to Windows 7 hanging on "preparing to identify network" with the blue circle over my network icon on the bottom-right of my taskbar, to games and apps auto-minimizing every few mins.

I had none of these issues before Microsoft released the Windows 10 virus into the world, and am concerned all these woes are deleberately caused by microsoft to frustrate users into getting Windows 10.
