server connection or is it my miniport?

last year,i was able to play games like S4 league,maplestory,TF2,etc...but idk i think it started in November,i went 2 my laptop, but i couldn't get to S4,like when i run as admin it get thats circle loading thing next to the mouse but only for a split sec. and then just stops loading the patch,so i thought"oh well it does that sometimes, ill just play another game."Then when i clicked on maplestory it load the patch and i went to the game, but when I got 2 the servers,i clicked on one of them and it said,"couldn't connect to the server.",i was like,"what now this?!"so i checked their website for any problems or maintenance, nothing was wrong, just resent updates and up coming events.Ok so then the next day i checked again, same thing as yesterday for the S4 patch, but for maplestory It now has the same problems as the S4 patch,so i went to my friends house,so they can check it,their family knows mine but you don't want to here that, when he checked it he went to check TF2,he said the game play is just fine,so i thought "maybe its just S4 and maplestory...."then he checked S4 and the patched loaded,i was like "WHAT???"I was so misunderstood and thought well,i guess it was a bug or something.I thanked him and went home,I was so happy and tempted to play it but i did the same thing again,im like "".
please help me,I've been rejected and left in like idk 26 forums already, and if i get rejected one more time, well, idk what to do anymore,SO PLEASE HELP ME
