    You don't get it...nothing works/will work because on my comp there is a new keyboard layout and css hasn't got it in its database...when i remove the layout it works...but then i can't write in my language...

    steam language setting


    I had the same problem you're having. After reading about what you did, I was about to uninstall the nonunicode input (Korean) on my language settings, but I decided to try changing the language setting on Steam to Korean, and CSS ran without crashing. Now I have steam back in English and it's working fine. Maybe this will work for you.

    I notified Steam about this(maybe you should do it too?)
    Unfortunatlly there isn't Steam on Serbian...
    and yes when i remove my layouts except English it works like a clock...
    Thats because CSS has a old list of layouts, and in Windows 7 they are
    updated so they don't work anymore.

    Thanks for notifying that i'm not alone in this!
    Hope Steam will fix it soon!

    Yes and no.
    The solution is to remove all language layouts except english,
    but then you cant write in your language

    i hope Valve will fix it!
