    i uninstall it from the device manager, but when i restart the computer, that program that installs new devices, like when you plug in a flash drive, or a camera, it installs VGA Controller (i think its controller), is that OK?

    no luck, CoDWaWmp.exe still locks up the computer. any other ideas?

    You can always try to run game in XP compatibility mode...
