Lagging in all games online and offline

I seem to be lagging in all my games in windows 7 64bit rtm. It'll lag every few min for about 30 seconds and then it'll be back to normal. I've downloaded the latest drivers for my video card and scanned for viruses and anything I can think of. It's getting very annoying. I can't play bf2 or left 4 dead or css and even more. I tried running the games in compatibility mode, but still doesn't fix my problem. My system specs are below. I believe it has to do with windows 7 RTM not compatible with my video card or the other way around.

    Windows 7 64bit RTM
    AMD Turion x2
    ATI HD 3200
    4gb Ram
    200 gb HD

id say its the onboard gpu (its not a video card) fault i have that on my motherboard and its pretty damn good for onboard gpu but **** for most good games

i had gta running good at low setting and lowest res very well . left 4 dead ran great but laggy for alot of other games

best advice is look for a new graphics card

    hi nuts, welcome to sevenforums,

when you say 'lag', do you mean 'high ping'?
