    Thanks

    Devilz,
Most EA games you purchase retail or through Steam can be activated and played through Origin.

Just add a game to Origin, and put in your key. If its in the Origin store, it should allow you, whether you purchased it there or not.
Some games it will add itself such as those from Steam.

For example, Mirrors Edge retail can be activated and downloaded/played on Origin. As well as Dead Space 2 from Steam.

I tried adding my previous EA titles to origin but all fail.............

I got retail copy of Bad Company 2, Need for Speed: Most Wanted/Hot Pursuit 2 and digital copies of Crysis, Crysis 2, Medal of Honor, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2 (purchased at steam). When I try to "Redeem product code" in origin with CD key, it gives error CD key already in use/product cannot be activated.

I googled it as well but this seems to be the only way to add them but for some reason it's not working for me.

You can add BC2. I have it through Steam and it allowed it.
If yours is as well, it should take the Steam CD key. Not sure why it wouldn't though.

Did Origin already add it and its hidden possibly? It does scan your entire PC, whether you want it to or not, including your Steam library.

You can read about it here.
EA’s Origin EULA Proves Even More Sinister | Rock, Paper, Shotgun

    A Quote from the article

But there’s a significant difference. Valve’s policy is self-restricted to anything on your PC directly relating to its own products. EA’s is so broad that it gives the publisher permission to scan your entire hard drive, and report back absolutely anything you may have installed, and indeed when you may use it, and then pass that information on the third parties.
