    I dont see this as an issue at all, as they're a slew of free Texas Hold Em games available .. grab one today ..Here comes the River...

    true. but they dont match the scheme, in the windows card games. i think all of the card based games in vista, and 7, use common files for the UI and the card sprites. if i find it, im gonna hack it up, and make new cards in paint

    Well, I have managed to make it working on my 7 Ultimate, but I could not install help... Anyway I don't need it, but really wanted to make everything working. All you need to do is to open Program Files\Microsoft Games - rename HoldEm > HoldEm1; then Create new folder HoldEm. Then simply put into it files from the download above: en-US(folder), HoldEm.exe, HoldEm.env. Don't forget to run it as administrator and in compatibility mode with Vista Service Pack 2.
