I'm sure it will run it but probably only at around 1280x720 on medium settings. I'm thinking it should be something similar to this performance but could vary due to him using a different cpu

will it run it enjoyably?

Probably not.
You are'nt gunna get high settings out of it at all.
You may be able to play on medium @ around 25 FPS
Low settings would be your best bet to play skrim on that rig's not gunna be enjoyable..

Windows 7 HP / Ultimate x64

As suggested above, it should be able to RUN the game. Low-Med settings should work well.

If you're an avid gamer, you can always get a dedicated graphics card for better performance.
