HELP! Fable 3 Installation Problems D:

I have recently received a copy of Fable 3 but i am having a very hard time of installing it due to constant errors. When trying to install it from the disc i get an error message that says:"An error has occurred. Error code: 0x80096010". I have searched all over the net trying to find a solution but i have been unable to find anything. I also tried copying all the files off the disc into a file on my desktop and trying the installation from there, this installation from my desktop gets further into the installation before stopping and giving me an error message: "An error has occurred. Error code: 0x800b0100". Please help if possible, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit. Thank you.

Have you tried running the setup with Admin rights? If not, that might be why. Some game setup.exe files won't work right without Admin rights

Something similar happened to me a very long time ago when I tried installing Call of Duty: World at War using a physical disk that I had purchased from GameStop. It seemed the disk was just "bad" or corrupt which seems extremely unlikely if the product is brand new but I guess it can happen. If you got it from a store then I recommend you go back and tell them it's defective and they should offer to replace it. If you got it online then contact support and tell them the same thing.

Thanks for your replies, I have tried to run with admin rights and it gives me the same result as well as trying to change compatibility to Windows XP SP 2/3. I strongly think that there is something wrong with the digital download so I will try to contact support and see if they have had others with the same problems.
