You need to be more specific with the Graphics card, since that's usually the part that matters most. you can also try this: Can You Run It

I dont know much about my graphics card

I ran the system requirements test,

    The results:

on minimum it says pass for my cpu pass but when i click recommended it says upgrade suggested,

Everything else on minimum passes except for my operating system but i was wondering i might be able to run the game in capability mode or something along them lines.

    This is the recommended tab:

    Video Card
    Recommended: 512MB NVIDIA 8600+ / 512MB ATI 3870+
You Have: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics (0x9612)
Upgrade Suggested: Unfortunately, your Video Card does not meet this requirement. Click here to see some recommendations.
Features: Recommended attributes of your Video Card
    Required You Have
Video RAM 512 MB 1.4 GB
    3D Yes Yes
    Hardware T&L Yes Yes
    Pixel Shader version 3.0 4.0
    Vertex Shader version 3.0 4.0

Will it run, yes. Will it run well, probably not and need to be run at low settings. Game isn't listed here,

    Notebookcheck: ATI Radeon HD 3200

but there are a few shown so you should be able to get an idea.

With minimum graphics settings, maby. Defenately not a high-end gaming card.

I would say that if it does run it will at settings that make it painful to play. It doesn't exactly fly on my system!

based on the processor and ram i'd say you have a budget model laptop. i doubt your going to get GTA 4 or for that matter most games made within at least the last 2 years to run smoothly. with your full system specs i could give you a more definitive answer and probably even suggest some great games you could play.

canirunit.com will often say you can't play a game that may still be possible if you don't mind using low settings and are willing to do some tweaking. this isn't always the case, but sometimes there is hope, you will have to check out the mod communities for games and search around, they can usually help you get it running if it's going to be possible.
