    No, you are wrong, your computer can run it. In fact, I think I have found another fix... Wait.

    Ok here: Download this file d3d9.dll and put it where Fallout 3 is installed normally (something like) C:/Program Files (x86)/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3/

    Should work. Also do this:

    Open up the fallout.ini file in: My Documents\My Games\Fallout3
    Find the line:

    bUseThreadedAI=0

    change it to:

    bUseThreadedAI=1

    Add another line after it and insert:

    iNumHWThreads=2

    Update, LAst week i did replace the text in the fallout 3 folder and the program failed the minute i say the "please wait" sign of the game. I deleted what i wrote, but i think i corrupted the file so i unstalled it and reinstalled it today, but the same problem is occuring!

    Dude, just do what I tell you to do and you'll be fine. Why did you modify those files if I didn't tell you to?

    Anyways, delete the three .ini files in your Fallout 3 save data folder (fallout.ini, falloutprefs.ini, and rendererinfo.ini), and load up Fallout 3 so it can recreate those files again. Then do 'part 2' again (its fallout.ini btw).

    Huh? Can you please write in better English, you aren't making much sense.

    Did it make new .ini files or not?
