Finally a Tactical Sim FPS in on the horizon

I have been following this for a long time now and it seems like a good way to spend some money for a game that we have been waiting since the original Ghost Recon (well, at least for me it is ).

It is called Ground Branch by Blackfoot Studios... for all of you who may not know, this game will be done by the original founder of Red Storm John Sonedecker. They al pretty much left Red Storm after Ubisoft got their filthy paws on the studio and bought them out.

Check out their site... BlackFoot Studios Forum

Kickstarter Page... Ground Branch by BlackFoot Studios — Kickstarter

If you like what you see pass the word around, now, if you are happy and all warm and fuzzy inside with the latest Run & Gun games and wasting time looking for gold bricks or diamonds or power-ups... then this is definitely NOT the game for you

Edit: I hope I am not crossing any rules by posting this, I am just trying to help a project that I believe is for the best interest of old school gamers like me. If I did, please go ahead and delete this post and mea culpa.

They need 400K in a month to get it off the ground? I don't like their chances

But I sure as hell hope they do - it's exactly the type of shooter I've been missing for years.

Yeah, the amount to get to is a little steep but hey, I have wasted more money on crap I didn't need so why not help something I know I would love to play, right?

In the back of my mind, I am hoping they have the majority of the money and they are just waiting for those few extra cheeseburgers to complete the meal!
