skyrim: Whirlwind sprint

hey does anyone know how to perform the "whirlwind sprint" a shout sprint, learnt in the main quest line "way of the voice" . what keys do u use? z stands for shout, and sprint is W+Alt. it's supposed to make u go "extra" fast (i already know that) any help would be great

Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

You have to select the shout from the magic menu then hold z.

Also, shouts work like spells.
You select them to use them, and can only have 1 active at a time.
